Refund Policy

1. General Terms
At Innovator Labs FZCO, we strive to ensure our clients are satisfied with our services. However, due to the nature of digital services and consulting, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds.
2. Non-Refundable Services
- Consulting & Strategy Sessions: Fees paid for consulting sessions are non-refundable once the session has been conducted.
- Retainers: Monthly retainer fees for agency services are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
- Digital Products: Any downloadable digital assets or templates are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
3. Cancellation
Clients may cancel ongoing services by providing 30 days' written notice (or as specified in their service agreement). Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of management if Innovator Labs FZCO fails to deliver the agreed-upon scope of work due to our own negligence or inability to perform.
